Do you have turnstiles in stock? If yes, what is the delivery time?

Yes, we have a large stock of turnstiles in our warehouse. We can supply dozens of turnstiles from stock. Ordered today is delivered tomorrow (only valid for the Netherlands, delivery time rest of Europe is on request). The delivery time for custom-made turnstiles or access lanes can be 2-12 weeks.

Can you build a turnstile entirely according to my wishes?

That's certainly possible! We have all the technical know-how to do the drawing work and to design and build the turnstile according to your wishes. We think along with you and deliver customized solutions!

I am not sure which product suits my situation best. What can I do?

Thanks to our knowledge and know-how, we know exactly which product is most suitable for your situation. Contact us and our experts will tell you exactly the right solution for your situation!

Do I have to build the turnstile myself?

If you want, you can. You can also have the assembly done by our engineers. They have years of experience, they are experts in the placement and mechanical assembly of turnstiles.

I work with a specific access control system. Can this be linked to your products?

Our turnstiles can be connected to all existing systems. The turnstiles can respond to a potential free contact offered by an overlying access control system. We can link our hardware with all software.

Can I conclude a maintenance contract?

It is always possible to conclude a maintenance contract for turnstiles. Ask our account managers about the possibilities.

Do you only deliver in the Netherlands?

No, we deliver throughout Europe. We also work with partners in various European countries for the best service results.

Can I come and see the products in the showroom?

Many of our products are set up in our showroom. The showroom is open on working days from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The coffee is ready for you!

Do you give a guarantee on the products?

Ja, voor wat betreft de full height tourniquets, geven 5 jaar garantie op de mechanica en 2 jaar garantie op de elektronica.
Voor de Access Lanes en de billentikkers geldt een garantieperiode van 1 jaar.

A part of my turnstile is defective, what should I do now?

We have all parts in stock, so we can provide you with a spare part immediately. You have the choice to replace the defective part yourself or have it done by one of our engineers.

Can a turnstile also be made mobile so that I can move it easily?

Ja dat kan, wij kunnen een tourniquet assembleren op bijvoorbeeld een voetplaat of in een container.
