The dGate is an advanced security gate in the category of access lanes or speedlanes. The access control system consists of 2 stainless steel columns with standard closed doors. This requires a mandatory access check for your employees or visitors before granting access. This security lock can be equipped with, for example, a pass swallow or biometric access software.
These dGate security gates do get recognized as public transportation access control gates. However, because of its sleek appearance, these speedlanes are also an excellent choice for banks, (educational) institutions, hospitals, municipalities or commercial buildings, among others.
Authorization of users can be done through your own preferred software. Consider biometric access control through fingerprint or facial recognition, for example. A pass reader or barcode scanner can also be installed on our hardware. Access will be denied when more than one person is in the security lock at the same time, in order to prevent tailgating and piggybacking.
The extra wide passage of this access lane makes it very suitable for taking large objects through the security gate, think cleaning trolleys, wheelchairs or prams. Note that anti-tailgating is limited due to space available.
