Return Policy

1. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
   • Products must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.
   • Returns must be reported in writing to Geran Access Products ([email protected])  within 72 hours of receipt of delivery, stating our order number. Claims submitted after the 72-hour period will not be considered by Geran Access Products BV.
   
   
2. Customers are responsible for the return shipment of the products and bear the shipping costs.
   
   
3. A 15% fee of the original invoice amount, including handling charges, will be applied to returns.
   
   
4. Refunds will be processed after the returned products have been received, inspected, and meet the return conditions.
   
   
5. Geran Access Products reserves the right to refuse returns if they do not meet the return conditions.
   
   
6. Items specially ordered by the client, including those custom-made by Geran Access Products BV for the client, will not be accepted for return by Geran Access Products BV.
   
   
7. Returns are not permitted without prior approval from Geran Access Products BV, nor do they automatically obligate Geran Access Products BV to replace, repair, or issue credit.
